All property owners are members of the Cherokee Ridge Property Owners Association.  Owners of Creekwood Court Condominium units are also members of the Creekwood Court Condominium Association.  Cherokee Ridged property owners also enjoy access to the Cherokee Ridge Clubhouse and restaurant, pool, playground, multi-purpose court with basketball goal, tennis court and pickleball court. 

Required Dues & Assessments

• POA dues are $695 per lot annually.
• There is also a $1,200 per lot annual Cherokee Ridge Club assessment.
• Condominium Association dues are an additional $1,800 annually per unit.

• POA and Condominium dues are billed in May by Dollar and Watson.  For more information on,  contact Dollar & Watson at (256) 582-1266 or email [email protected].  The mailing address for Dollar & Watson is P.O. Box 143, Guntersville, AL 35976 or dues may be dropped off at the clubhouse in the POA Mailbox.
