POOL RULES
Failure to abide by the rules may result in suspension or revocation of pool access privileges.
Pool area access requires a proximity card to open the gates and is restricted to members and their guests. Please do not prop the gates open, or open them for anyone who does not have an access card in their possession, or is not accompanied by a card holder.
Guests must be accompanied by a member.
Diaper age children and those not yet potty trained must wear Swim Diapers.
No person suffering from a communicable disease or an open wound shall use the pool. Bandaids may not be worn in the pool.
No glass or breakable containers are allowed in the pool area.
No spitting or bodily fluids in the pool.
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Children requiring flotation devices must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
No running, diving, or flips off the side of pool.
Rowdy conduct will not be tolerated. Pushing, dunking or any act that endangers or disturbs others is not allowed.
No abusive or profane language.
No loud music.
Swimwear must be appropriate for a family-oriented facility.
No food in the pool.
The pool complex is a tobacco/vape free area.
Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
The pool will be closed during severe or dangerous weather.
Do not leave any floats, toys, or personal items at the pool.
No chewing gum, hair ties/pins are allowed in the pool area.
No toys or items smaller than a baseball may be used in the pool.
Individuals who move pool furniture must return it to its original location and close open umbrellas when leaving.
All trash must be placed in the proper receptacles. Clean up before you leave.
Pool parties must be scheduled by a member in advance through the POA.

POOL PARTIES
You must be a member of Cherokee Ridge (POA, Resident or Golf Member) to have a pool party.
Hosts must be present at all times during the pool party.
Cherokee Ridge does not rent the entire pool for private parties (Please be respectful of other swimmers/members).
All parties must be scheduled in advance through the POA.
Parties are not scheduled on holiday weekends & are recommended during the week.
Pool party hosts must notify the guests of the pool rules.
Parties are limited to 20 swimmers.
Please set up your party in the designated area of the pool patio.
Pool furniture may not be reserved, however the POA will provide a couple of tables in the designated area for party setup if requested in advance.
Hosts are responsible for cleanup and trash disposal when the party is over.
A refundable $75 cleanup fee deposit will be collected prior to the party.
Cherokee Ridge does not provide a lifeguard. Hosts may provide their own lifeguard if desired.
